women & girls
to learn taekwondo
Meaning "the art of hand and foot", taekwondo is a martial art originating in Korea over 60 years ago. It is known for its strong kicks and elements of self-defence.
As a sport taekwondo offers the perfect combination of fitness, strength, balance, flexibility and self-defence. It's also really fun and a great confidence booster.
Taekwondo4Women is a club allowing like-minded women to train alongside each other; a friendly, supportive and relaxed environment where students feel comfortable learning a new martial art.

Meet the Instructor
Hello, I'm Tamsin and I've been practising taekwondo for over 12 years.
I'm now a 3rd Dan black belt and a qualified instructor with the BTC (British Taekwondo Council). As part of my qualification I am fully DBS-checked and trained in Emergency First Aid for sporting injuries.
I am passionate about the sport and the benefits it can bring to women and girls of all ages and abilities. Why not come along to one of our friendly classes and see for yourself?
